Epoxy Prepregs

P2SI® 250P: a low-cost unidirectional carbon fiber/epoxy prepreg specifically engineered for the manufacture of thick sections in wind energy applications. Also available with fiberglass reinforcement.

P2SI® 350P: standard 350°F cure epoxy prepreg with out-of-autoclave cure processing capability.

P2SI® 350-X20: a toughened 350°F cure aerospace grade epoxy with excellent hot/wet properties, controlled flow, and a large processing window. Available as neat resin or prepreg.

P2SI® 4500: a 500°F cure aerospace grade epoxy with a glass transition temperature of 500°F. Available as neat resin or prepreg.

High Temperature Prepregs

P2SI® 5000: a 350°F cure bismaleimide resin system with continuous service temperature up to 400°F, and excellent hot/wet and compression after impact properties . Available as prepreg only.

P2SI® C5: a high temperature structural organic-inorganic prepreg system with short-term service life up to 2500°F, out-of-autoclave processing capability, and low thermal conductivity. Available as prepreg only.

P2SI® NRPE: a state of the art high temperature polyimide prepreg system engineered for hot/wet durability and low pressure processing. Available as prepreg only.

AFRPE®-4: a high temperature polyimide prepreg system. The workhorse of the industry. Available as prepreg only.

P2SI® 635LM: a high temperature polyimide prepreg system with a glass transition temperature of 635°F. Low melt viscosity, processable by resin transfer molding. Available as melt processable solid or prepreg.

P2SI® 900HT: a high temperature polyimide prepreg system with a glass transition temperature of 900°F, the highest of any structural polymer prepreg system on the market. Low density, low viscosity, and high flow for ease of processing. Good toughness and microcrack resistance. Used for a variety of high temperature applications including high temperature tooling. Available as prepreg only.
