Varnishes

P2SI® N18: The low viscosity of this thermoplastic makes it suitable for composite surface repair coating applications and varnishes with continuous service environments up to 600°F. Available as a neat resin solution.

P2SI® PI-H: A low cost thermoplastic polyimide coating resin with a 750°F glass transition temperature.

P2SI® GC-1: A low solids, non-foaming polymer resin solution used for structural bonding applications. Can also be used to infiltrate porous substances or as a release coating in composite tooling applications. Available as a neat resin solution.

RTM Resins

P2SI® 635LM: Provides a unique balance of thermal stability, resin infusion processability, mechanical performance, and affordability. P2SI® 635LM can be cured as low as 600°F and can be processed via resin infusion due to its low melt viscosity.

P2SI® T3: This low cost, high temperature, high performance resin system was developed specifically for vacuum assisted resin transfer molding (VARTM) processing. Its low melt viscosity allows for resin infusion processing and has a ~580°F glass transition temperature.

P2SI® DB4: A 250°F cure epoxy exhibiting extremely high toughness, low moisture absorption, and low viscosity. Designed for VARTM processing.

P2SI® 700LM: The most thermally stable RTM resin on the market today with a glass transition temperature in excess of 700°F (post cure not required). The robust processing window and long pot life allows amenability to a variety of component shapes and sizes while providing excellent mechanical and dielectric properties.
